PHILOSOPHY

The Balanced Bryn philosophy is rooted in the belief that we each have unique needs. There isn’t necessarily a “right” way to live a healthy life. Our everyday practices should be personalized, sustainable and balanced to address our unique needs while having a lasting impact.


  • Using a holistic approach, I work with clients to develop individualized and sustainable practices to address unique health concerns. My coaching strategy spans much more than diet and exercise, covering numerous facts of daily life that impact one’s health (ex: relationships, work, stress).

    • What works for one person may not work for another

    • There isn't always a "right" way to do things. Trial and error looks different for everyone.

    • Our practices should be customized to meet our unique needs and adapt with us.
